We offer a range of different yoga classes for all levels and abilities.

  • Atlas 101 ⚑

    New to yoga? Familiarize yourself with mind / body connection, movement & your breath. We’ll learn how to breathe, get into some yoga shapes, and explore how our body moves in space. You’ll leave your first class feeling refreshed and with a newer and clearer perspective! This class is great for refinement in your practice, as well. This class is not heated.

  • Restore ⚑⚑

    Relax in supported, passive stretches that down-regulate the nervous system. Reset your body in longer, healing holds with the use of props like blankets and blocks prioritizing a calm & peaceful mind. This class is helpful in your journey towards recovery of an injury and improving sleep habits. It’s also amazingly peaceful and serene. This class is not heated.

  • Flow πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ ⚑⚑⚑

    Move & flow seamlessly in a vigorous, energy-building, cardiovascular endurance based, yoga experience linking breath with movement. After thoroughly warming up the body, we dive into a thoughtful and intuitive sequence of yoga poses at an invigorating pace, using the breath to unite as one. This class is heated to 90 degrees unless noted as a Non-heated class in the schedule.

  • Power πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ ⚑⚑⚑

    Feel the burn. Intentionally slower-paced to allow time to breathe in and explore each pose. Deepen the strength, flexibility, and power of your yoga practice and play into your personal edge with multiple options and accommodations offered throughout class. This class is heated to 90 degrees.

  • Chair ⚑

    Interested in Chair Yoga? In this practice, we use the chair as a tool to aid in your yoga poses. You still receive the same incredible benefits as a more traditional practice. The class is great for all levels as well as beginners or those that feel they need extra support with yoga. Poses can be performed in the chair or using the chair to assist in standing poses. The class will embody an asana (pose) practice enhanced with breathwork and ending with a calm savasana. This class is not heated.

  • Intuitive Meditation ⚑

    Dive into a transformative one-hour weekly meditation and intuition class. Learn to quiet the mind, fostering a space for inner wisdom to emerge, and unlock your intuitive potential through gentle techniques and insightful guidance. Whether you're new to meditation or eager to explore intuition, this workshop offers a welcoming sanctuary to harmonize mind, body, and spirit and learn about the latest advances in the science of consciousness. Join us on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment, where your inner voice becomes your guide. This class is kept comfortably between 70-75 degrees.

Our movement classes are suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.

  • Sculpt πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ ⚑⚑⚑

    Sweat in a cardio-enhanced session with weights and/or resistance bands. Engage muscles you never thought you had through a dynamic warm-up, intentional exercises challenging muscular and cardio strength and endurance, followed by a cool down. You’ll leave stronger than before. This class is heated to 80 degrees.

  • Mat Pilates πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ ⚑⚑⚑

    Looking for a way to blend strength and flexibility into one class? Mat Pilates focuses on a targeted series of repetitive intentional full-body movements. Your core and glutes will be feeling spicy as you progress through lengthening high repetition low weight dumbbell/ankle weight movements. This class focuses on improving functional strength, balance, and postural alignment. This class is heated to 80 degrees.
